MSS - Mobile
Satellite Service refers to calls made
to mobile telephones via a network of communications satellites
which are interconnected with land-based cellular networks.
NGN - Non-Geographical Numbers are foreign equivalents of domestic
USA 900, toll free, audio-text, and other informational service
numbers. Also, this may include calls completed from a USA land line
or calling card to an International Mobile number. The rates are
usually higher than those to a land line number and may be shared or
reversed to the caller at rates above $5.00 per minute. NGNs are
used for legitimate businesses, stock quotes, automated
telemarketing services, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
software, as well as dating services, horoscopes, entertainment,
games, radio and television advertising, etc.
Calls made within the continental
United States will be at the state-to-state and in-state rates.
Calls made to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands
will vary. Taxes, mandated fees, and other Federal surcharges apply
where required. Multi-line Commercial accounts are subject to
monthly, per line PICC charges.
